KWOC merchandise is not mass printed by commercial machinery. Every shirt is printed by Matson "Adverse" Adams using traditional, manual screen printing methods in Chicago, IL at the KWOC sweatshop. Some shirts may show a small variance, please do not take this as a sign of error. No two shirts are ever the same since each shirt is printed one at a time, I find that this allows each piece to have its own unique personality. I am able to inspect every piece through each step of the production process allowing for the highest level of error control.
The merchandise I produce is made in extremely limited quantities, because of this I do not offer a wide distribution of goods. (Meaning that if you wish to purchase a piece from KWOC, the only options available are through this online store or in person.) If a product is shown as being out of stock I will do my best to promptly reprint and replenish the inventory, I can not guarantee this however. Inventory restocking will be made known publicly on the KWOC FACEBOOK PAGE or through INSTAGRAM.
If an item is marked as "Out Of Print", it means that particular item will NO LONGER be printed. Whatever inventory remains is all that is left, meaning that when a certain size/color sells out, it will STAY gone. All "Out Of Print" items are final sale, and can NOT be returned or exchanged except in the case of a product defect.
Please allow 4 - 7 business days for order processing. The tracking information for your package will be provided once the order has been fully processed for shipment. If you have not received your tracking information within 7 business days of your order confirmation, please feel free to email me at email@example.com.
During a Sale / Holiday Season, order processing is typically between 7 - 10 business days because of increased order volume. This extended processing time can possibly take longer depending on the extent of the volume increase. Please stay updated on wait times and order volume on the KWOC FACEBOOK PAGE or on INSTAGRAM.
If I'm traveling, there is a chance that order processing can take up to TWO WEEKS. I realize that this wait time is ridiculous. However, being that I own and operate KWOC on my own if I'm on the road there is no one back at HQ to process orders. Please stay updated on travel dates and times on the KWOC FACEBOOK PAGE or on INSTAGRAM.
KWOC currently ships worldwide using USPS with tracking information. Domestic delivery typically takes anywhere between 3 - 7 days from the date your package is shipped. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination.
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MAILING INFORMATION. I've lost count of how many times I've received, packed up, and shipped an order only to receive an email a few days later asking to change the shipping address. Not only do situations like this slow down your order's delivery time, it can also double the shipping cost as your package will need to be mailed twice.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for international shipment. USPS regrettably does not offer tracking information on international shipping. (Meaning, once your order leaves my care, there is no way for me to know where it is or how long delivery will be expected.) Packages are often times checked by customs officials which will delay the delivery process. If your package appears to be "stuck" at an international checkpoint, do not hesitate to contact your local post office. Often times, they simply need a signature for customs tax purposes before they can release your package.
Please note international orders may be subject to additional taxes, fees, tariffs, and import charges levied by the destination country’s government and these are the sole responsibility of the customer. KWOC is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes or fees and KWOC cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged.
If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to me, I will be happy to promptly ship it back to you. You will be responsible for the re-shipment costs.

Returns will not be accepted due to a change in customer preference. Every action is taken to properly represent color as accurately as possible on all product photography in the Online Store. Personal monitor settings may be to blame if you feel an item you receive does not match what has been presented. I can not be accountable for personal display settings if a case like this arises.
Exchanges will be permitted in the case of a damaged / defective item or if you wish to change your size. Please contact me via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to initiate the exchange process in this case. If the item originally purchased is no longer available, items may be exchanged for store credit, or any similar item of equal or lesser value. Exchanged merchandise MUST be unworn, unwashed, and should be sent back in proper packaging by a reputable shipping company that offers tracking information.
Original cost of shipping will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
